Shipping
We ship through USPS Only at this time and shipping can vary depending on what state you are located in.  Ground Advantage & Priority shipping is insured through the postal service. (First-class packages are not insured nor have tracking) Once item has been shipped and tracking number provided, we (Binford Girls Boutique) are no longer responsible for package delivery to your address. Please contact USPS customer service before contacting us. 1-800-275-8777

Please keep in mind processing times for your order can vary between 3-4 business days. Combined with your shipping preference your order may take 7- 10 business to recieve. This does not include weekends ( Sat & Sun)  Most packages are delivered within 3 to 5 business)days.

Ground Advantage. (3-5 business days) Insured within the continental U.S. depending on destination. 

Priority Shipping (1-2 Business Days) Insured within the continental U.S. depending on destination.

 

Turn Around Times 

When you place an order, all in-stock items will ship within 72 hours Monday through Friday. All orders placed on weekends and major U.S. holidays will be processed for shipping on the next business day.  We will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the USPS shipping options you choose. 

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page if available to reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use & all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

Order Tracking
If a tracking number is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders using 1st Class USPS mail will not have tracking numbers.

*Customers are responsible for entering the correct delivery address for your order.  Any returned packages will be subject to shipping fees.

*Shipping costs WILL NOT be refunded on returned items.
