Refund policy


 

We Do Not Issue Refunds.

Store Credit Only (with exceptions)

Final Sale on ALL Sale Items.

We are a boutique and carry limited quantities of the merchandise we sell.  We do not issue refunds or exchanges. Exceptions for items being sent back to us, are made at the sole discretion of store management and on a case by case basis and/or if the item is defective. If an exception is granted upon speaking with store management, and /or receiving authorization for return, items must be sent back with all labels intact and be free of stains, damages, and/or odor (Smoke, food, perfumes, etc), and cannot be worn. 

All exception request must made within 24-48 hrs of package delivery date. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is a result of our error (Incorrect item, defect, or worng color per order request).  Items must be received in 3-5 business days of exception request being granted by Binford Girls Boutique LLC.

IF ITEM IS DEFECTIVE PLEASE CALL STORE IMMEDIATELY DO NOT SEND IN PACKAGE WITHOUT SPEAKING WITH A REPRESENTATIVE. You may also send us a message via email at: support@binfordgirlsboutique.com. Please include your name and order number in the subject line, as well as your reason for return/exchange.

Binford Girls Boutique must be notified within 24-48hrs of package delivery of any defects/malfunctions/or request for store credit. (buttons missing, zipper broken, etc.) Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable and are not included in store credit/returns for store credit. Merchandise must be returned to the store prior to us issuing any store credits or exceptions for store credit. This policy is non-negotiable.

We are not responsible for lost packages or unclaimed packages once your package leaves our facility. All Ground Advantage / Priority Mail packages are shipped with Insurance up to $100. Please contact your local postal carrier if your package is lost, missing or stolen. The customer must file a claim directly with USPS and is not the responsibility of Binford Girls Boutique LLC

In the event a package is unclaimed USPS will return back to Binford Girls Boutique, We will contact you to advise and a reshipment charge will be accessed. If no contact is made within 60 days, we will issue a store credit minus shipping and handling on all unclaimed packages.
